I have a single family home in Haymarket, VA and am looking for an experienced architect to provide ideas to nicely integrate an addition. The addition will be one story, 2 car garage and bedroom/bathroom in the rear. As a part of the project, we may want to redesign our kitchen, and would be looking for help on this front as well. Will need building plans, and MEP, to submit to the county for permitting. The house has a brick front, but the brick isn't available so need someone with very creative ways to tie in the addition, so it doesn't look too much like an addition.
