Rotting porch columns

Gig Description

I am reaching out to see if you handle repairs to/replacement of porch columns. Just today we found that one of our wood porch columns has rotted wood at the base. I have several pictures see below that illustrate the problem.

Looking for a licensed, insured contractor.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
