Gig Description

372 linear feet of 6x8 steel pinched picket fence to install in Annandale. There are two gates to install. Estimate to be given in three parts:

1) 240 linear feet with one small grade change near the middle of the run. Existing rotten wood fence has 4x4 post hokes which should accommodate the 2x2 steel posts

2) 100 linear feet with existing wood picket fence posts

3)  two 16 ft spans with gates of 4x4 panels in the middle

All materials are on site except the dry cement for post holes

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
