I have a puppy I need someone to occasionally watch during the day in their home. I am looking for another pet owner who would be interested in exchanging pet sitting services. This could include feeding, walking, running with, playing with/exercising, basic training, taking to/from vet, bathing, cutting nails, boarding, or housesitting. Please reach out if you are interested, I would be happy to discuss the terms of the exchange. Also feel free to reach out if you don't have a pet, but are looking for another service (babysitting, tutoring, cleaning, cooking) or you want to try out having a puppy without commitment.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
