I bought a new construction condo in 2018 and the grout turned yellow in my bathrooms and kitchen after one year.  I hired someone two years ago to regrout and it turned yellow again. I realized it was due to mixing grout with tap water after I regrouted the kitchen myself with premixed grout which never turned yellow.  I have two bathrooms and definitely want the one redone. May want additional services if offered. Please let me know if you have experience with this. I'd like to get an estimate to regout tub and tiles for 1 bathroom ,dates are flexible and price negotiable. Thank you
