Seeking a licensed plumber for two relatively small jobs. 

·         One job involves replacement of the worn-out plumbing in a bathtub/shower. We believe that we would like to replace the old three-handle system with a single-handle system. The plumbing is partially accessible through a panel behind the wall, but is largely behind tile and is partly encased in the cement surrounding the bathtub. 

·         The second job involves the replacement of very old basement utility tub along with the pipes around it and the nearby washer and dryer.
