Want to install a ecobee thermostat, a smart lock and a video doorbell.  The items are yet to be purchased, would prefer if someone can come over and take a look and let me know if I need a c-wire and what kind of smart lock will fit best for my situation and install them after I make the purchase.  I am in Merrifield.  Please contact me with an estimate

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
