HVAC making sounds when not pushing air

Gig Description

We have a HVAC system that makes noise per video, below, when it's Not pushing air. Its an older unit by Chrysler from the 60's and I am Not interested in replacing it. I will be in town tomorrow morning, Friday to check on the HVAC and some other things. If you are able to meet me there that would be great. Thanks. Also, there is a leaking tub and a leaking toilet that may need repair as well. I will also need a general handyman for this unit when I am out of town as well.
