Shower - there's a leak from the shower pan that needs to be fixed (relined?). The shower will need to be retiled after the leak issue is fixed. Size of shower is 35" X 49". Height is 98"/133" (vaulted ceiling).

Pedestal sink that was recently installed is pulling apart from the wall and we discovered that cardboard was used at the base to try and level it. We need the sink installed correctly and safely. The faucet and probably the drain need to be re-installed correctly too.

Toilet valve requires replacing.
