I have a tub faucet that needs to be replaced.   I have already purchased the faucet.  The house is a 70 year old house with plumbing the same age.  The new and old faucet are four parts (spout, hot handle, cold handle, shower/tub diverter).

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
