I am looking for a contractor/electrician to come to a home i am currently under contract.  I have a required list from an inspection.  I need someone to come to the home, give me an estimate on repairs.  You need to have a contractor license, insurance and be able to provide all this information on your companys letterhead.  The work does not need to be completed until after closing 5/27/2024.  If you can come to the home within the next 4 days to check and give me an estimate, that would be ideal.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
