Exterior:

1. install back gate

2. Replace handle on storm door (1st floor front door)

3. Replace exterior lights at front door and at the back door

4. Repair front doorbell

5. Repair/seal slate in front of house 

Interior:

7. Paint entire house (not including basement)

8. Repair window moldings where necessary

9.      Deep clean entire house including appliances. 

10. Repair or replace bedroom and closet doors where needed.

11. Repair living room ceiling

12. Complete bathroom - floor and wall need tiling)

13. Install tub door in second floor bathroom and  repair/attach bathroom vanity on first floor

14. Replace electrical outlet/receptacle covers

15. Build closet under  stairs  and bathroom (basically add bifold doors)

16. Clean and polish wood floors and stairs

17. Install quarter round where necessary 

18. Paint and install about 4 kitchen cabinets and install countertop

 19. Install new medicine cabinets in 2 bathrooms
