Gig Description

Neglected pool.  Coping needs to be replaced, some tile work.  Heater probably will have to be replaced -- not sure whether I want propane or heat pump.  No idea what total cost will be.  Several years ago,  coping got a $10K estimate; the creep ran off w/ a $1K deposit.  So I don't know how reliable that was.
