Need major top soil wheelbarrowed to a very large trench in yard.  Also large stone to create water control.  Grass seeding like a long highway in netting.  Shed removal and few small trees trimmed.  Remove existing railroad ties and create slope for water run off.  Many estimates provided - still looking for someone who really wants work and is bonded.
