I live in a Dutch Colonial built in 1969 and the roof (with asbestos tiles) is coming apart. Tiles have been coming of the roof and the wood around the fascia boards is rotting. My next door neighbor with the identical house has the same issue, but there are definitely critters getting into her attic. We are both looking for someone to help fix.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
