  2. Listing for brevity-- I would like this work done prior to our trim work being painted
  3. Need 3 wood window sills and the sash under them-- this I would call a repair (3 second floor windows) see photo example
  4. the house has colonial style posts on the front porch (3) I would like to replace them. see photo with the post need 3
  5. I would like to have a small eyebrow pergola over top of the two car garage door-- what I need is smaller than picture provided but an idea
