My fireplace isn’t working. At first the pilot light would be lit but the wall switch wasn’t working. Now the pilot light will not lite. I would like to know the cost. I know it’s hard to determine it now but a figure would be nice just so I know what I’m dealing with.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
