See pics. Task is to replace the through-wall condenser, AC coil and lineset.
Equipment is at Laurel supply shop.

Pay is $1.1 k, we cover equipment costs.
Experienced techs only (journeyman or master) active HVAC licensing required to authorize work.

We properly manage and as licensed GC, more jobs in the pipeline (mini splits service and installs).

This is on 1.5 story height of a walkup condo unit. Work should be doable from the interior closet mostly.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
