After Verizon came to replace our outdated cable box we periodically get the grey menu screen pop up on the tv upon turning it on. The remote doesn’t work on the screen and the only way to remove it is to turn off power to the tv.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
