 I am hosting a dinner party for 12 on Friday, December 16 and am looking for someone  to help serve, clear, and do other light tasks as needed for about 5 hours. Prefer someone with experience in the kitchen or in food prep/service – home cooks are fine – tasks include arranging platters, refilling water glasses, prepping salads, plating, serving, clearing, rinsing dishes, putting food away, and loading/running dishwasher. Must be over 16 and conversant in English. $25/hour.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
