I'm looking for an insured and licensed company to help me with two main projects:

1 - Split a studio apartment by creating a dedicated bedroom (10ft x 10ft) using drywall + installation of a pocket door. The new bedroom will use two existing walls. No electrical/plumbing work involved.

2 - Install a bathtub shower door (regular dimensions)

I should have one or two more little projects that I'd be happy to add to a potential candidate with fair prices (e.g. adding backsplash tiles, installing closet doors), but for now I'd like to get cost estimates for #1 and #2 only.

Proposed start date for this project: Week of September 18th, 2023.

I'd like to collect quotes by messages/emails only. I cannot call or receive calls at the moment.
