Current: Has about 40-45 feet of border wallpaper above chair rail.  Dark blue walls below rail / cream above rail / burgandy trim.  Wide picture window - wide opening to living  room - doorway to kitchen. Small crown moulding 

Want: wallpaper Border removed / wall repaired if necessary/ skimmed.  Trim painted white. Walls painted.
