Gig Description

Window well (aka 'Egress Window') was installed a month ago. However, need to seal it with a plastic covering so that water does not go in and store in the window well. Please respond if you have experience in sealing a window-well Interested parties please text me with photos of how you propose to do this. Payment by check (for accounting reasons), after work is completed

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
