I am looking for some help around the house on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to stay on top of regular cleaning tasks. My apartment is located in Columbia Heights, and generally kept pretty tidy but I often fall behind on deep cleaning tasks (scrubbing the bathroom, dusting surfaces, etc.). I have looked into booking a formal maid service, but this seems overkill for my needs. I am happy to provide cleaning supplies on-site and keep them stocked to eliminate transportation concerns--parking is tricky here. Please respond with an hourly rate and general availability.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
