First of all, here is the situation. I just had someone do a poor job my hardwood floor. SO, it needs to be redone. This is a floor of a townhouse. The floor is empty. Here is the condition. Due to the previous guy me messing up the work, I have to work on a payment plan to get it redone. If you can't do that, then go on to the next post. And, I understand. In this business, you need to get paid but if your work is slow and you can wait for two or three payments, then read on. I can pay about $500 to start. That's it. Again, if you can't do that, then go on to the next post. I need the floor sanded (again) and stained. If you are interested, please let me know your availability to look at the job. I am at the home today. I don't want to give out any other information. I want someone to come by and look at the job. I am near Springfield. Home all day.
