Looking for a licensed contractor to renovate a 10' X 5' bathroom to include:

- replace bathtub with shower stall

- install wall tiles, shower floor tiles

- install new vanity & mirror

- remove and replace exhaust fan

- remove existing vanity light fixture

- install two sconce lightd

- install three recessed ceiling lights

- replace 2-gang switch with 3-gang switch

- rewiring for ceiling lights, sconce lights, exhaust fan, and bidet outlet

- install accessories

- paint ceiling, and non-tiled portions of walls.  

- remove remaining baseboards

The existing bathroom floor tiles will remain.  The vanity and mirror seen in the photo have been removed as well as baseboard on wall behind vanity/toilet.
