I have one of those touchless faucets which I hate, i would like to know if the existing faucet can be fixed or if I need to replace it. If a replacement is necessary, can I get a quote for the part and labor as well as that all worked is guaranteed and that the part is not a cheap replacement.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
