I'm looking for a builder familiar with the older townhomes in Wilmington. I live in 1902 townhome in Happy Valley and I need my front porch rebuilt. My basement extends to the porch, so the porch floor is my basement ceiling in that section. It’s currently leaking water into my basement, so I need someone who can take this on relatively soon and have the experience and knowledge to do it efficiently and effectively, including familiarity with Wilmington permitting. I anticipate the structure will be effected, so an engineer will probably also be necessary.
