I need someone with a tall a-frame ladder to remove the current & install a new chandelier in my foyer. The ceiling is 15 feet.  The chandeliers are pretty light and we can use our ladder to assist in the install.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
