Looking for experience Residential Construction Manager to manage new house project. We plan to build a new 4000 square feet house in Fairfax, VA. The work include applying for permit, managing concrete foundation work,  framing, managing mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, insulation, drywall, painting, hardwood floor installation... make sure all inspection pass. You will manage the project from start to finish.
