Gig Description

Getting house ready to sell and need to make it “pretty”.  Would like to replace 35 worn out looking electrical outlets and about 16 light switches. Also have some drywall tape that’s coming loose and some nail pops, dents /dings in drywall that we would like to have fixed before we paint.  Looking for one price to do the job not a pay by the hour.  Located in chesterfield *** I couldn’t get more than one picture to load so I can text you pictures of the drywall work if needed

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
