Local mitigation company looking for qualified subcontractors to perform a variety of construction projects in the northern Virginia and surrounding areas. Subcontractors are needed for the following specialties: Plumber Electrician Painting Tile/Cultured Marble Installer Carpenter – Finish, Time/Cabinet Drywall Installer/Finisher Flooring Installer (all types) Heating/AC Mechanic Plasterer Duct Cleaner • Must have portfolio available upon request • Must be willing to provide inspections at no cost • Must carry current general liability insurance and workers comp • Must have previous experience in field of trade • Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines and multi-task • Ability to communicate with reconstruction manager on a daily basis • Ability to work on residential and commercial sites • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English • Ability to meet insurance company guidelines • Must be punctual If interested, submit your business resume, proof of general liability, and workers comp via email.
