Job Description 
Seeking a complete “Pull and Replace” Home Improvement Contract for our Hall Bathroom in a 1931 Center Hall Brick Colonial.  Shower/tub is leaking and can no longer be repaired.  The in-wall diverter and cast iron tub must be replaced along with tiled surround walls, plumbing fixtures, sink faucet, medicine cabinet and overhead light. The drafty window needs a new set of colonial shutters and restoration (or replacement) and storm windows weather sealed.   The ceiling fan needs venting to outside and entire room painted.    

The Licensed MHIC project professional/contractor will need to employ a licensed plumber and experienced tile setter. Plumbing has already been updated with copper water supply pipes and electric work would be limited to replacing light fixture. 

Our timeline is flexible.  However, work could proceed shortly following our acceptance of a satisfactory contract proposal.
