we have 2 bedrooms in our condo totalling in about 375 sq feet all together. we are looking for someone who can affordably remove/haul away the old carpet, and install the new vinyl flooring. preferably with a quick turnaround so we arent stuck without a bedroom for too long.  we have already found the vinyl we want from floor & decor, but we haven't bought it yet. quotes/estimated appreciated!

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
