Our  attic fan that helps pull the heat off the roof has stopped working. Need to have someone take a look and repair or replace as appropriate. New to this website, so no cost estimate listed because I don't have a sense of cost.  It may take an hour or 2 to address would be my guess.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
