I need someone to remove the carpet from my basement and dispose it off. Also, one surface mounted ceiling light fixture in the basement needs to be removed and replaced with a recessed light (light fixture furnished by me). Repair the ceiling in the basement toilet. Fix approx. 2'x 2' hole in drywall kitchen ceiling. Some small drywall repairs in the house. Install 4 recessed light fixtures in the kitchen ceiling (fixtures furnished by me)

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
