I have a 30ft flagpole which the lanyard ripped and needs replacing. Need someone to to restring, add flag clips on rope.  I have all materials. I do not have a ladder so person would need to supply ladder or bucket.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
