large concrete pad for base of steps into home. removed rotted wooden deck, installed pea gravel patio and now i need to build two steps for home entry.

Gig Description

concrete pad, 12 ft x 6 ft x 4in.  Will serve as base for 2 step entry from gravel patio to home.   Plan is for homeowner to create 2 step entry .  Would consider complete bottom tier 12' x 6' x 8", second tier 6' x 4 ' x 8 inches.  Assuming cement blocks would be used for the sides, gravel fill, concrete cap and exterior.  I will get a photo of the area and be able to provide that.    Added photos :  the concrete  work i want would be about the size of the honeycomb pavers in the photos.   the top tier needs to be deep enough to stand on while opening the door-i am estimating about 4 feet
