Looking for a part-time helper - about 8-10 hours/week. Ideally someone who can come everyday for 2 hours. Need help with laundry and organizing, dishes and general tidying up. I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
