Vertical slats keep falling out of bottom part of my wooden fence (see photos), so I want to reinforce it by covering this area with horizontal pressure treated wooden boards screwed to the fence posts with galvanized screws.  Vertical slats don't need to be removed.  Fence is about 80 feet long.  Fairly straightforward carpentry work.  Cost estimate includes price of materials, which need to be purchased and transported to the site.  I've put date/time in as Saturday 2 PM, but I'm actually fairly flexible on the timing.
