Looking to have an old window air conditioner taken out of window.  Will need to have Freon removed and AC disposed.

Also looking to have a ceiling fan installed in bedroom on second floor.  Currently a light fixture in ceiling for connection.  The light fixture will move to hallway light which will be removed and replaced with one from bedroom

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
