Hi... I need very experienced carpenter / handyman who has experience in fixing hardwood floor transitions and edges which involves cutting installed hardwood and fixing basement framing. Please DO NOT respond if you are journeyman or not serious about work or if you do not have required tools. PS: I am handyman/contractor and have experience in hardwood floor too. But I need someone who has more experience than me.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
