Need help moving queen mattresses, settee and chairs from truck to condo, elevator available, though mattresses need to be carried up the 1 flight of stairs . It took 2 people 1 hour when moving items out .

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
