I am looking for vinyl flooring, preferably grey, to be installed onto basement floor. The floor is currently bare cement. There are steps, washer, dryer, water heater, and ventilation down there. The space is 654 sqft. I would also like to have rubber moldings put in or whatever is cheapest. I am willing to find and purchase the vinyl myself or if you are able to get materials at wholesale price I can purchase that way as well.
