I have two small jobs: (1) my shower has an area of tiles thst need to be regrouted and (2) i need a pvc board on my garage attached with screws as the person who installed it used a nail gun and a section of the pvc has come loose. It will slso need to be painted afterwards. I have the paint. Price is negotiable but I would like to pay no more than $50 per hour.

vertical drain pipe from the gutter in front of the house is damaged by dog. it is bent and downspout is mangled by dog. will need to cut pipe and replace with metal pipe section and secure it to house.
