The freezer in my Whirlpool Refrigerator stopped working as the ice maker malfunctioned. I took all food out of the freezer and put in a styrofoam container but the fridge is turned off to keep more water from flowing out.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
