i need flowers planted in a flower bed as well as three railing boxes.  Also weeding.   if possible also would like sand put down on our paver patio.  

Everything will be supplied.  $25/hour cash or Venmo.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
