Remove new stain from deck

I have a new deck, and Home Depot messed up the stain color somehow, and now I need it removed.
So, I need someone to remove ALL stain from deck and boards around the deck, to make the wood show up again so I can re-stain it. I tried to use stain stripper but its a new stain and look stubborn, so it might need sanding.
total backyard area is 20 x 20, but are with wood is smaller.
