I have an original Columbia house (1969 or 1970) and the original dry wall wasn't done well - there are obvious seams right across the middle of the walls.  I have sanded and painted my upstairs but need a better job on the down stairs.  The walls are cracking and the nails all popped after a recent new siding job.   I could handle the nail pops, probably although some of them look like they will just cause further cracking, etc.  I am focused on a small area from my kitchen down to the family room, and then two walls the family room that are rough.  (I would also like an estimate for painting the dining room, kitchen and family room (and the short hall to the family room but separately, if possible) .  The pictures below are not all the areas but are fairly representative of the type of issues.  Probably about 7 or 8 areas to address.
