Looking for a reliable, neat, and fairly priced lawn service.  Must know how to close a chain link gate as well as operate a lock box to extract keys to another gate. Must be able to remember to lock said gate and return key to lock box when done.  Must be able to provide cell number for texting and be responsive to texts. It isn't brain surgery but the little things matter.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
